On Wednesday, November 12, the graduation ceremony of the second class of the Thessaloniki Future Leaders Lab programme took place at the Tellogleion Fine Arts Foundation of AUTH. It is an educational initiative of Alba Graduate Business School’s Executive Development department, which is provided free of charge under the auspices of the Region of Central Macedonia, with support from companies with a significant footprint on the city’s economy, such as TITAN, MEVGAL, ELVAL-HALKOR, GEORGAKI LAW FIRM, DEI, OTS, HYATT REGENCY THESSALONIKI, EUROBANK, ACCENTURE HELLAS, and LIDL HELLAS to public university students of the city. These companies, besides the financial support of the initiative, are actively involved in shaping and teaching the content, as well as the learning process. This initiative aims to provide students with horizontal skills that they will be able to utilise in their academic and professional life, as well as opportunities for networking and co-creating knowledge. The programme consists of the following modules: Leadership and Self-leadership, Sustainable Development, Innovation and Digital Economy, and Entrepreneurial Thinking and Entrepreneurship. The teaching modules combine contemporary theory, applied knowledge, interdisciplinary learning, and a series of actions that facilitate the connection between students and the companies that support the programme and their executives.
